I received a question by email the other day asking in geocaching, what is a travelbug hotel? I thought this was a good question and thought I would post it. Generally speaking a travel bug hotel is just a normal hidden cache that the owner has designated it for travel bugs only. They are good places to drop off travel bugs and trackables and to pick some up. The hotels are listed as a normal traditional cache that you can find them in the same manor as any other cache. From my own experience from the ones I have come across they tend to be on the large oversized caches as so the can accommodate many travelbugs and even some of the larger ones that can sometimes be trick to find a cache that they will fit in.
So if you have some trackables you wish to drop off, just do a search for travel bug hotel in the area you will be caching in and there usually be on within a reasonable distance.
